The first bass I made for Darryl was a 'J' shaped hand-carved flame maple body, with a flame maple neck, 
an extra long extra thick ebony fingerboad, and a Fishman piezo pick-up system.
It was very cool seeing and hearing Darryl play this bass with Miles Davis.
